Applicable only to new construction and remodels with structural work, we make the permitting process seamless and efficient by electronically filing all required engineering plans to the city for prompt approval, so we can start working on your project as quickly as possible. We will keep you posted with updates as the officials work the permit through its phases, from submission to plan approval.

At this stage, you're just eight weeks away from diving into your new pool. The journey begins with an onsite meeting led by your dedicated Project Manager (PM), marking the official kickoff of your project. Your PM will expertly guide, communicate, and coordinate with our construction teams to flawlessly bring your design plan to life. Throughout each phase, they will provide you with timely updates, ensuring you're well-informed and engaged in the process.

Finally, your pool is ready to be enjoyed! You may have lots of questions; we will stick with you for the next thirty days with weekly visits to ensure your pool is looking healthy, the water is chemically balanced, and you are 100% satisfied!
