1. Book Your Design Consultation

A Pool Perfection office team member will phone you to set an appointment with a designer. Email your property survey beforehand or have a copy ready at the meeting so the team can confirm buildable space and keep the process moving quickly. We cannot provide a design and quote without it.

2. Create and Refine the 3D Design

During the in-person meeting the designer captures your vision and measures out your space, then produces a realistic 3D model of your own backyard. You review the rendering and request tweaks until it matches exactly what you want.

3. Approve the Quote and Select Materials

After the design is locked in, Pool Perfection provides a detailed price quote. Once you give the go‑ahead, you'll then visit the showroom to choose tile, decking, interior finishes, and other materials that align with your vision.

4. Sign the Contract and Obtain Permits

With materials chosen, both parties sign the construction contract. Pool Perfection submits permit applications to your local municipality and keeps you informed of progress until approval arrives.

5. Permitting, Construction, and Completion

Once permits are approved your project is scheduled, usually after a three to four week lead time. Construction itself typically takes six to eight weeks. The team stays in touch throughout, ensuring a smooth experience until you are ready to dive into your finished pool.
